Chino Valley & Paulden Real Estate and Information - The quiet communities of Chino Valley and Paulden run along highway 89 North out of Prescott about 15 miles. Enjoying the same seasonality as Prescott this community is a little lower in elevation at about 4700 feet. Therefore, it tends to be a bit warmer.
